Dealhub is a very flexible and configurable tool with a seamless Salesforce integration. Our sellers find the platform very intuitive to use for quoting and love the DealRoom feature for sharing quotes with customers. A very sleek & professional platform. Keeping in mind Dealhub is primarily a CPQ tool and not an e-signature tool, the e-signature portion of the process still needs a little more maturity to support more enterprise use cases. Prior to implementing Dealhub, we were leveraging Salesforce and a separate e-signature tool for quoting and e-signature. Preparing a quote for a customer was a cumbersome process and our sales team struggled to personalize quotes and contracts. Our Salesforce Admin was involved in order to get most contracts out the door. With Dealhub, we have been able to put more of the process back into the sellers hands so they can customize their own quotes and order forms without requiring Admin assistance. We are also seeing more and more contracts requiring customizations and co-terming, and Dealhub has been able to better support that level of flexibility in our process. Our business demands a very customizable way of structuring our products for customers, which DealHub has been able to solve. The CSM we got appointed from DealHub has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I doubt we could have gotten this far this quick without his assistance. So thank you Ilay! The time spent configuring DealHub to allow this can be long at times, but it's needed to ensure both CRM and the CPQ system works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Without a proper working CPQ system, a complex quote could take up to an hour to configure, now we create a quote within few minutes, saving a lot of time for the salesreps which allows them to spend time elsewhere. AEs no longer need to ask numerous questions because the business model is clearly defined and seamlessly implemented in the playbook. The platform is intuitive, allowing to setup dynamic approval workflows, so AEs can proceed without waiting for long approval process. The DealRoom has become an amazing channel for prospect communication, while you have insights and alerts that drive action.
