I think what's great about DealHub.io is its form field feature, which has a series of conditionals. This allows me to create a single page for prospects to see everything we're offering, including the price. It also auto-generates order forms for prospects to sign the deal. We merged multiple processes into one solution (DealHub) - DealHub expedites the quote-to-cash process and has been well-received by our sellers. We're seeing improvements across quote creation, approvals, document generation, and eSignature. Previously, these processes were handled by multiple tools—now DealHub tackles it all. 3. We can iterate on our configuration without coding - Hands-on guidance from our implementation team / admin courses equipped our team to maintain our solution. Areas of improvement: 1. Our configuration is complex (in line with our requirements), and as it evolves, keeping up-to-date architecture documentation can be tricky. 2. DealHub.io has some limits regarding subscription management—as our Customers purchase additional units of our solution, each new transaction creates a new line item rather than storing the total quantity as a roll-up on the SKU.
