"Clean dealroom user experience, with class leading onboarding covering a technically clunky product"
4/5
What do you like best about DealHub AI?

End user experience is smooth, with nice features in the dealrooms. It's easy to connect to salesforce, but the api requires additional configuration and duplication of playbooks which is frustrating.

The onboarding is fantastic, with highly responsive teams, who are very persistent in reaching solutions and ensuring a high quality end state is reached quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealHub AI?

It's operationally clunky, there's a lot of formula steps needed, and multiple places to look for the same thing. The api connectivity is limited and requires a separate playbook which doubles your implementation and maintenance overhead.

Whilst is has fully built versioning, there's no real diff tooling, and I would considerably prefer to have this handled in git so that you can use coding ai tools to build quickly and reliably rather than having to create everything via the UI. It also means finding exactly where particular updates/downstream impacts live is a tedious manual activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Scalable DealHub with Intuitive Admin and Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DealHub AI?

DealHub’s flexibility and scalability allow us to manage a complex product catalog with sophisticated pricing, product dependencies, and approval workflows without sacrificing usability. The intuitive admin interface makes it easy to maintain and expand our configuration as business needs evolve. I’ve also been consistently impressed by the DealHub team; they’ve been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the best solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealHub AI?

DealHub is highly configurable, but that flexibility comes with a real learning curve. Setting up and maintaining more advanced configurations takes a solid understanding of the platform, especially for administrators who manage complex product catalogs and pricing rules. We’ve run into occasional UI quirks and a few edge-case issues, but the DealHub team has consistently been responsive and has helped us resolve them quickly. "Great User Experience and a Smooth Quote-Building Flow"
4/5
What do you like best about DealHub AI?

The user experience has gotten fantastic feedback, especially around the flow of building quotes. What's really resonated is the flexibility it gives users—they're able to configure deals in ways that work for their specific needs rather than being locked into rigid templates. This self-service capability has been a game-changer; reps can now move faster without constantly looping in deal desk for small configuration questions.

The deal room has also been a huge hit with the team. Beyond that, the overall ease of use is driving real enablement wins. Because the interface is intuitive, new reps come up to speed faster and require less hands-on training. That ease of navigation means less friction in the deal process and will lead to fewer support tickets which ultimately makes everyone's job easier, from the frontline to the operations team.

What do you dislike about DealHub AI?

The initial Salesforce integration required more debugging than anticipated. Field mappings, formula fields, and Flow logic needed careful tuning to work smoothly, and there were some gaps in documentation that made troubleshooting slower. Subscription record syncing in particular needed configuration iteration before it worked reliably.

The conditional logic builder, while powerful, has a steep learning curve for complex deal scenarios. New users (and even experienced ones) can struggle with how to structure nested conditions or handle edge cases, which means more training and support time upfront.

On the positive side, these are largely post-launch friction points that improve with experience and configuration refinement. The product itself is solid; the challenge was the implementation curve.

But again having an amazing CSM helps alot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use, High-Performance Contract Management with Helpful Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DealHub AI?

The UI is very straight-forward and easy to use, it has allowed us to organize our contracts and customer-facing documents in a way that was completely impossible before in our company. The system works well and is very performant, albeit with some issues at go live with slow responses but it was managed and fixed immediately and there has never been any problems since then (the issue was on our side). The only issue that I've encountered is that we have had to restructure our CRM and the way that we account for Opportunities, in order to successfully implement DealHub, so it's not a simple plug and play integration. However, this is expected in a system so robust and central to the business, and the support and onboarding provided by the DealHub team was excepcionally helpful throughout the whole process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealHub AI?

The Billing module and creation of future billing schedules works well, but not robust enough in its integration with our ERP and CRM systems (no two-way connection in which billing schedules are updated by other systems, instead of manually having to go into the Billing module to do so). There should also be more robust checks done by the system and a way to know if there are any errors when uploading data or running the invoicing cycle, we've encountered many months in which invoices did not properly go out to customers, or certain items are excluded from the invoicing cycle, and the system has no way to tell us when there's errors like this. A more robust reporting for errors would be very beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional DealHub Onboarding and a Game-Changing CPQ for Scaling Deals"
5/5
What do you like best about DealHub AI?

Our experience implementing DealHub has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, the onboarding process was seamless thanks to our CSM, Netalie, and our Solutions Architect, Guy. Their support truly made the difference — we would have been completely lost without them.

Every configuration call was productive, patient, and collaborative. They didn’t just execute requirements; they partnered with us, helping brainstorm solutions and guide us toward best practices. That level of engagement made a complex implementation feel manageable and even enjoyable.

Before DealHub, our quoting process was extremely painful and manual. Now, we have a CPQ tool that brings real ease of use for our AEs and AMs, while also giving our Legal, Billing, RevOps, and Finance teams confidence that everything is being created correctly. The built-in logic, guardrails, and pre-approved language have been a game changer.

DealHub has not only improved efficiency but also reduced risk and increased alignment across teams. Highly recommend for any organization looking to scale their deal process with confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Quote-to-Contract Workflow with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about DealHub AI?

The platform itself has streamlined our entire quote-to-contract process — building order forms that used to take back-and-forth across teams now takes minutes, and the templates keep our branding and legal terms consistent on every quote that goes out the door.

But honestly, what sets DealHub apart is the people behind it. Our CSM, Roy, has been exceptional — responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in how we use the platform. Whether it's a quick question about a workflow or helping us restructure our approval flows, he doesn't just answer, he anticipates what we'll need next. The support we've received overall has been some of the best we've experienced with any vendor: fast responses, real solutions, and no getting bounced around between reps. It feels like a partnership, not a ticket queue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealHub AI?

The main friction point is that when you need to update logic — a rule, a condition, a field behavior — you often have to make the same change in multiple places rather than updating it once and having it propagate. It's manageable once you know where everything lives, but it adds time to changes that feel like they should be quick, and it introduces room for things to fall out of sync if you miss a spot. A more centralized way to manage shared logic would be a welcome improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DealHub.io Streamlines Pricing, Quoting, and Deal Management in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DealHub AI?

What I like best about DealHub.io is that it makes the whole sales process simple and organized. Which means this platform helps in creating quotes, managing deals, and tracking everything in one place. So no confusion and less manual work.

I also find the document generation capability very useful. It allows quick creation of professional proposals and quotes using customizable templates, saving time and improving the overall customer experience.

Another key advantage is its seamless workflow automation. DealHub.io automates approvals, contract generation, and deal tracking, ensuring that nothing gets delayed or overlooked. This not only improves efficiency but also shortens the sales cycle significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealHub AI?

Although DealHub.io offers strong capabilities, there are a few areas where it could be improved. One of the main concerns is the complexity of the initial setup. Setting up workflows, pricing structures, and integrations can be time-consuming and may require technical knowledge, especially for new users.

Another limitation is customization complexity. While DealHub.io is flexible, making advanced customizations (like tailoring approval flows or pricing logic) can sometimes require technical support or deeper system knowledge. This can slow things down if your organization frequently changes its sales processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DealHub’s Flexible CPQ"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DealHub AI?

DealHub is the most flexible CPQ I've seen. With a complex offering, the platform has been able to handle almost everything we've thrown at it. Support has also been great at helping us find solutions and adjust our setup to reach further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealHub AI?

The platform is a little glitchy at times. We have had (temporary) issues that support has not been able to identify. It also cannot handle multiple users on the front or back end, and we have lose data without knowing it when things don't save correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Admin-Friendly Tool That Adapts to Your Business Needs"
5/5
What do you like best about DealHub AI?

Dealhub gives teams the flexibility to create what they need, while still keeping the admin side of things fairly simple. There is always a way, and this is what you need when solving for your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealHub AI?

Only thing I find annoying when using Dealhub, is the versioning logic they have. So this is mainly for admins when working on multiple projects in parallel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
