What do you like best?

As a CS, the renewals becomes very easy. The proposal is just waiting for you and you fire it by clicking a button. All the unnecessary questions, running after numbers, discounts are no longer existed with DealRoom. It has all you need, based on templates, clear playbook, guided selling etc. The UI of DealRoom is so cool and innovative so our brand looks great on customer's side. Make sure you define the renewal process to allow cross and up sale easily. We put all relevant offerings based on customer product so every year, most of our customers expanding their solutions. First of all, we understand our customers during the sales/renewal process. Using templates, the customer gets the right offers that suit to his implementation to enlarge capabilities/adoption using our products, so we cross and up sale most of the time. What do you like best?

Before having dealhub we used to ask many questions, we always spent time to make sure our qoute supports the reality to make sure it fits to our warranty and commitments. This is due to a very complex pricing model. Using the great dealhub platform we have the ability to apply many, complicated rules supported by clear guided playbook. With the extension of dealroom site, we looks great by sending a digital room to mange our sales process, supported by alerting, buyer insights and approval workflows. What do you dislike?

As a huge organization that sale ww, we wanted to have multiple dealhubs at any region (dealhub per regio). We did understand that we are so unique so dealhub team managed to find a very good solution in terms of architecture to support our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The CSM team is one of the best ever. At anytime there were available. During the on boarding, we got a wonderful support to apply all is needed to support our business. Guided playbook supporting our very complex pricing makes our team to be very focused on sales. This also helps us to on board new hires is such a short time. What do you like best?

The way we streamline our business start using Dealroom changes the approach of our sales reps. We are sailing many services and some of them required on grounds sales rep. Using the platform we gained FULL control and governance on our pipeline without calling each other. As a manager, I can see and get notified interactively, all is done proactively after setting the system. Easy to use with great communication capabilities while getting insights from the field. First of all, before talking about the product, they have a best support team I have ever worked with. Feels like a family after every call. Always positive, always willing to help, will everything to make a successful implementation. As for the product, the DeaRoom is so impressive, so powerful especially when using a DealStream. What do you like best?

The support team is extremely helpful and understanding when we bring up very unique problems that requires improvised solutions keeping in mind the limitations of the product. After all there is only so much level of customization we can do in a SaaS product. Deal Hub really solves our use case to streamline discount and payment approval workflows and strictly enforce governance in ensuring Sales reps use the latest pricing and contracts with fewer errors and misses.

What do you like best?

Everything becomes more organized, all sales reps are aligned talking the same language. We can set many rules, without any limits, that helps the team to close deals faster with higher probability. What do you like best?

As a tech team that is being responsible to enable our business teams we own the central platforms in our company... DealHub is part of it. We are responsible to develop and cusomized all template and integrations with DealHub. We found out that DealHub is very flexible and allow us to apply most of the changes required. If you are going to implement a very complex playbook make sure you are working with your sales reps, meet DealHub team and share the plan with them. What do you like best?

We have a pretty complex pricing and quoting structure. We are still in the implementation phase, but thus far during the implementation process the team has been very hands on. While there have been a few instances where the dealhub team had to work offline (i.e. not during our live work sessions) to sort through the best way to solve our unique structure, the solution and how they came to it was explained during the next session. I can appreciate practices like this, which ensure that the admins of the system moving forward understand how complex problems are solved for.

What do you dislike?

We required a more structured quoting process with increased visibility on products sold and discounts in addition to an evolving quoting process which requires multiple "sets of eyes" to come to the final custom solution. A platform outside of salesforce that doesn't require custom coding to build and manage, that is easy to use, visually pleasing, and guides reps through even the most complex of quotes was a necessary adjustment. What do you like best?

As a sales member I don't need to think too much and be focused only on my client. All the customization and playbook rules are set by our sales admins. What do you like best?

As a Sales Engineer, it becomes very orgenized and easy for me to track my piplines and on going queue. My managment don't need to ask quesitons, they can easily get notifications & alerts from the DealStream. My cleints love to get the DealRoom and they have all they need inside the DealRoom to close the deal faster. We sometimes have a very tough clients that need few quotes in parallel and sometimes we need to find a workaround to customize the default templates. We can do it since the playbook is extremly customizied but in some cases we need the CSM's help which are always there to help our team and streamline our business. What do you like best?

Unlike traditional applications, it enables us to configure the tool ourselves easily and reduces the dependency on any one individual or the service provider themselves. This saves us a lot of time and effort in setting up what we need. The UI is very intuitive and easy to use for our sales personnel as well.

What do you like best?

The platform is very easy to configure, and the customizable options for multi language playbooks are ideal for us as we operate in 32 markets.

I admit we may have given the support team a challenge with our requests, but they have been very accommodating, and we continue to foster a wonderful relationship. We are now able to have our contracts signed and delivered electronically, without the need for face to face meetings. This is especially important to us as our client meetings have been reduced to virtual instances due to the pandemic.

What do you like best?

It really was an eye-opener for me. This really is the CPQ tool of the 21st century!

We discovered a lot of new ways to make our business grow and now our quotes look very professional. It’s entirely customized to our needs and a fully integrated solution.

The way Ran guided us through the entire process was remarkable. The tool offers so much possibilities of customizing and is so user friendly we constantly make revisions of the tool to finetune every step; it’s really fun to work with!

At first we grumbled that the user is not able to copy /paste a predefined list of items into the proposal. But in fact, Dealhub showed us that way of working is so old school; together with Ran we were now thinking of new ways to create quotes with packages and bundles and automatically added accessories to a selected product! Of course, this is a much better and future proof solution and offers far more possibilities in the end than a static list you copy over and over again.

I like when the buyer is calling back when he gets the first proposal using DealRoom! It makes their life easier and they love it. What do you like best?

DealHub's sales process and subsequent implementation project was a dream. Everyone was very professional, helpful, and engaging throughout. The product itself is a blank slate completely customized to the needs of your business. The Implementation Manager took the time to understand our unique product configurations and constructs and helped us build an easy to use visual interface to create complex enterprise contracts. What do you dislike?

The customization is sometimes the curse with Dealhub. You need to be careful to understand every odd way a sales person/CSM could possibly try to configure a contract but at the same time institute strict rules to keep contract creation in alignment with the rules of the business. There's sometimes hiccups when these "rules" are fluid and you need to get around them for the right prospect/customer because unique terms were offered to that account. Incorrect and incomplete contracts were plaguing the business and causing headaches for our finance team who had to followup with the clients. We also utilized their subscription object to get a true picture of ARR and product composition by customer in our Salesforce environment. What do you like best?

DealHub.io has been an absolute game changer for our company. Our proposals and quotes look better, make sense to our clients, and are more accurate than before. With the flexibility and ease of configuration we're able to turn on a dime, often loading new products or making changes in minutes or hours to meet the demands of the sales team and our customers.

Our CSM and the DealHub team have been very supportive helping educate and enable us throughout our deployment. Day one, we launched with a completely new quoting tool that supported new customer quoting and renewals/downgrades of existing customers through DealHub subscription management.

DealHub.io is our quoting tool which is fully integrated with our Salesforce.com quote to cash and service platforms. DealHub serves as the front-end to this engine, allowing our sales team to produce proposals throughout the sales process, deliver an executable quote, and then when the Opportunity closes, subscriptions, assets and entitlements are all created in Salesforce.com so we can track the entire customer lifecycle.

Our DealHub.io implementation supports a global sales team delivering quotes in multiple currencies and languages. Discounting and legal approvals are all handled through DealHub.io and we've enabled our legal team to make content changes on the executable quotes through DealHub's interface so that everything happens in DealHub.io. There is a steep learning curve to overcome when initially using Dealhub. whilst the error messages may assist in pointing to the issue. What do you dislike?

1. The output (PDF) document display is limited in customization although the options are usually sufficient for most businesses

2. Any display/aesthetic feature seemed to require DealHub's backend work. This may be ok since usually it needs to be set up only once.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Before starting the project, I would discuss the design in detail (questions, fields, answer options, dependencies, look and feel, DealRoom format, output format, email templates, approval emails, complex or formula based calculators, etc.) with DealHub. Having all the processes, SKUs and requirement clean and ready before starting the project can save a lot of time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

1. Having a streamlined quoting process and eliminating using manual spreadsheet quoting calculators

2. Guided quoting by prompting specific questions in the decision tree so Reps are not needed to constantly decide between various choices

3. Ability to include introductory videos, use cases or industry relevant materials in the proposal via DealRoom feature

4. No need to create a contract in word separately, send via a separate e-signature tool, then upload the signed contract manually in SFDC. All f this can be done within the DealHub platform that sync with Salesforce opportunity object

What do you like best?

The way of working as a team is seamless. No more inconsistency or wrong price/discount/bundle etc. The collaboration between the team in front of the customer is so smooth and we don't need to guess what is necessary to nail down the deal. What do you like best?

The software has been very exceptional to corroborate in terms of sales development and open contracts. Basically it has given an excellent configuration from the beginning, the interface is solid and maintains an adequate rhythm of work. DealHub notifies me when a contract is about to expire. We have made multiple sales where solid contracts are established. It has really been very convenient to consolidate the formality of the sales following a very efficient management process. What do you like best?

As a DealRoom user, I found out a very classic & effective way to engage my clients. I get notifications and all is being done proactively. The data is being pulled from our CRM so it keeps our systems up to date automatically. The platform help to track the teams KPIs and activities easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
