What do you like best about Dealfront (formerly Echobot & Leadfeeder)?

We use Dealfront to find new potential customers. Due to the large database in the DACH region and the easy-to-use filters in Target, we can work on and approach the market according to our preferences. I particularly like the data around companies. The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. New colleagues can start without extensive training. Additionally, the support is always nice and helpful. What do you dislike about Dealfront (formerly Echobot & Leadfeeder)?

In working with Dealfront Target, there are still many manual steps required on our side. Since there is no interface between Target and our CRM, we are losing a lot of time here. What do you like best about Dealfront (formerly Echobot & Leadfeeder)?

We recently started out with Dealfront IP-tracking and the Sales Intelligence platform and are very happy about the demo, on-boarding and platform itself. Both Dealfront and Target give our New Business Developers some great tools to effectively do outreach. Our Marketers are still finding their way with the possibilities but are overall very happy with the platform so far.

We use the tools on a daily base and integration is a breeze for everyone that has a Google Tag Manager setup. Although we were skeptical at first, the customer succes manager is a real addition to the onboarding and effective use of Dealfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

During the demo you are actively talking to an agent, which ofcourse can be nice and beneficial. I can imagine that this may feel pushy for some people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Dealfront IP-tracking we manage to contact companies that have not yet converted but are showing some serious interest through web visits.

One aspect I find lacking in Dealfront is its automatic integration with Brevo. While Dealfront offers robust API capabilities for integration with other tools, such as Brevo, I miss the convenience of seamless, out-of-the-box integration. Having to rely on manual setup and configuration for integration can be time-consuming and sometimes prone to errors. However, I acknowledge that with API access, there's potential for custom integration solutions to bridge this gap effectively. My team used Dealfront for more than a year. First, it helps us to target the right industry. Besides that, identifying potential "fishing mails and companies", reduces wasted leads. Also, Dealfront allows us to easily check inbound lead information, which is a good fit for our services.

Using this web visitor tool, the host team didn't identify any issues or problems connected with our security system. The sales team loves option filtering and keyword searching functionality (which gives them the option to select regions, industries, specific titles, etc). Last, the good option to use a lead feeder we can connect our CRM system. Every week we get the report. I can easily see which companies visited our website, whether we were able to connect with them, the number of visits, and the most viewed pages. This information helps us to identify potential customers. Also, I can easily check which companies we already have in our database, which helps me to reduce duplicates. The keyword suggestion is the lack of built-in. This problem is crucial for effective sales outreach, so this was one of the features I missed. I tried the homepage customer for every sales team member. I couldn't set it up by specific keywords. There are no options to add. We can only choose what is set up by dealfront development team. First, it was difficult to understand who visited our website and who is the key customer for us. Also, what kind of nutrition do we have to offer customers? One of dealfront's features web visitor identification has made it much easier to understand potential clients and what kind of information they need from us. For example, my team had a problem with the content for the weekly newsletter. Dealfront helped us to understand what clients were reading it and what kind of content we had to post on our website.

The second challenge we faced was the integration of a web visitor tool with our security protocols. Our hosting team prioritizes database protection, making it difficult to find a tool that meets their specific verification requirements. The reason we started using Dealfront was because they claimed they offered us transparency in learning about companies.

That wasn't the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They keep sending spam emails.

Their support is completely oblivious and they don't have a working system.

Sudhir from Dealfront asked us to pay to cancel our account.

Even after paying, we are still receving emails from them. Their support asked us to just ignore them.
