It combines inventory with VIN auto-decode, a customer CRM, a deal jacket with live tax and payment math, automated federal and all-50-state title and registration forms, built-in e-signatures, a BHPH payment ledger, inventory syndication, and a public dealer website, for a flat $29/month with a 14-day free trial. It was built by a dealer who runs his own Massachusetts lot on it, and it brings the whole deal onto one screen. Paste a VIN to decode the vehicle from NHTSA, build the deal with live sales-tax and payment math, and every document generates filled from that one record: the bill of sale, FTC Buyers Guide, federal odometer disclosure, retail installment contract, and your state's title and registration forms. You can also upload your own fillable PDF forms and DealerVLO fills them from the deal. The last step of the deal is handled too. Built-in e-signatures let the buyer, co-buyer, and dealer sign the whole deal jacket in person on a tablet or by a secure emailed link, with an ESIGN/UETA consent step, an IP, device, and timestamp audit trail, and a certificate of completion on every signed PDF. There's no separate e-signature tool and no per-signature fee. Around the deal, DealerVLO tracks itemized reconditioning costs, inventory aging (days on lot, a 60+ day flag, and an aging report), a saved lender directory, and warranty and service-contract F&I products. It includes a BHPH payment ledger and schedule, a customer CRM with driver's license numbers encrypted at rest, AI price suggestions from live comparable listings, AI photo enhancement that never alters the car itself, inventory feeds to CarGurus, Autotrader, Cars.com, and Facebook, a public dealer website on your own domain with a lead inbox, a sales report and salesperson leaderboard, and expenses with a profit and loss statement.
