The biggest problem with DealerSocket is their unstable network. The application is frequently unresponsive or glitchy, to the point that we're spending about 15-20 hours transitioning to a more stable CRM. It also doesn't integrate with any of our other tools. The DealerSocket platform integrates with most of the other mainstream automotive softwares, so that's nice. The user interface is not modern, and the process for creating custom reports is not efficient. Even though the DealerSocket CRM integrates with their partner DealerFire website platform, getting any kind of support for cross-platform integration was a nightmare for us. The CRM is straightforward and easy to use very little training is needed to teach employees how to use it. Most tasks are very straightforward.
