What do you dislike about DealerCenter?

The sales force is basically worthless. You leave requests for calls back never hear from them. Only time you will get a call back it to upsell you on a new product or service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We absolutely love the BHPH system with its data analysis and Saul was able to hook us up with auto pay and online pay systems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DealerCenter?

Great reports for BHPH. I can track all my payments and balances. These reports can be customized to my liking, and if you do not like reading reports they also offer dashboards making it much easier to understand your porfolio. I can also report to the credit bureaus. All in one system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealerCenter?

I still have to collect a wet signature. Docusing would make things better for the sale process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DealerCenter?

Customer support is always nice to deal with and the system has everything a dealer needs. We have tried two other DMS systems (frazer and DCS) they where both not half as compatible as Dealer Center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dealer Center's mobile app allows me to take photos from my iphone and put it on to my website. My current DMS frazer does not have that option Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DealerCenter?

Stephenie my rep is always helpful and there when I need her. The CRM tool is going to help our dealership keep our leads organized and even the basic CRM is a true CRM not just a lead importer like V12. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
