What problems is DealerCenter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving inventory management, easy sale processing through its easy available and prefilled docs. It has made it much easier to save a vehicle, add costs, scan on mobile, and finalize the sale. Instant and excellent service from Mark Brady. We use Dealer Center for our CRM, DMS, Website provider, Credit reports , booking services, and even Autocheck History reports! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

April always goes above and beyond to make sure I know how to use DealerCenter to the fullest extent of its abilities. Whenever I have a question or need help with something, she is always a smiling voice, ready to help. The complaint I can give DealerCenter is that they constantly update things in the system without warning or heads up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DealerCenter solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are currently setting up a new workflow to send out an automated text to customers as the first contact, but there is a bug in it that is taking quite a bit of time to resolve. When making a complaint regarding tech issues, there is a bit of wait to receive an update. The most valuable part of DealerCener is having everything in one system.
