Solving inventory management, easy sale processing through its easy available and prefilled docs. It has made it much easier to save a vehicle, add costs, scan on mobile, and finalize the sale. Whenever I have a question or need help with something, she is always a smiling voice, ready to help. What do you dislike about DealerCenter? The complaint I can give DealerCenter is that they constantly update things in the system without warning or heads up. We are currently setting up a new workflow to send out an automated text to customers as the first contact, but there is a bug in it that is taking quite a bit of time to resolve. When making a complaint regarding tech issues, there is a bit of wait to receive an update. The most valuable part of DealerCener is having everything in one system.
