It answers every question we had and integrates well with all the other third party vendors it needs too. **What do you dislike about Dealer Inspire?** I don't like the photo reel they use for vehicle photos, because you must scroll through the pictures slowly. Our old provider had two options: roll through the reel or pick an individual picture from a thumbnail set to enlarge. Also dealerinspires photo reel only moves forward and backwards you cannot locate back to the first photo if you are on photo ten without clicking back through the previous nine photos. **What problems is Dealer Inspire solving and how is that benefiting you?** the word press format allows us to create our own website pages no matter how complex they must be. Our old provider had HTML format that allowed us to do simple changes using HTML code, but in order to create a whole page or do something more complex we would have to pay them $100 per web page they created for us. Its much better being able to do it ourselves. ### 6. DealerInspire even sends their rep out to visit our marketing team in person every so often for an in-depth meeting. I usually don't have to wait over 5 minutes over the phone to get in contact with support. They offer web services for many OEMs. They are good at making websites responsive and finding creative solutions to our requests. **What do you dislike about Dealer Inspire?** Some of the content on their website templates isn't editable on the dealership's end. For example, certain stock graphics cannot be changed without a support ticket. I wish more homepage content was editable. On occasion, I have to follow up on support tickets. I **What problems is Dealer Inspire solving and how is that benefiting you?** A small team can efficiently update seven websites and keep them current without having in-depth knowledge of web development thanks to solutions like DealerInspire. It allows me to easily swap out web banners and lease specials each month. ### 7. They stay on the cutting edge of technology innovations, and have phenomenal performance manager teams! Our monthly calls with them are one of my most looked forward to. **What do you dislike about Dealer Inspire?** The only dislike I have is that the user interface is slightly more difficult to learn than other sites we have used in the past, and they don't have a great way to imbed or show videos. Some of our other sites give us the ability to have a video on our home screen. Our world is so video-centric now, it seems like an important update to be made! Other than that, we have no complaints! **Recommendations to others considering Dealer Inspire:** This platform is one of the best. As an admin who has used almost all of the big name website platforms, this one is my favorite. **What problems is Dealer Inspire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are fulfilling our website requirements from our manufacturers. They take tons of weight off my shoulders by managing SEO, compliance, OEM material, landing pages, etc. As far as benefits realized, I would say having a dedicated support team that doesn't change hands every few months is vital. Our performance manager, Adrienne, has been wonderful to work with, she knows us and our store well, and I feel very confident that we are in great hands. ### 9.
