What do you like best about DealCloud?

I like how user friendly all the workflows are. The deal pipeline monitoring feature is awesome. Its super easy to add in new deals and the customer support team has been super helpful to create customized dashboards and pipelines to suit our needs. We use it on a daily basis across the team. What do you dislike about DealCloud?

I would like it if there are more user friendly export options available to download notes, pipeline tracker, etc. in pdf, excel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DealCloud?

This program is very intuitive to use, easy to organize information, and generate reports. It is excellent for managing large amounts of data, allowing for customized reports and user-specific customization. For me, it has been very useful due to the way it organizes information—it is easy to read and understand, and no extensive experience is needed to navigate the program. What do you dislike about DealCloud?

We have an automation where the program automatically creates new users, which is good, but sometimes it creates duplicates. It’s understandable since it's a machine that only creates and doesn’t analyze, but I have found several duplicates created by the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
