DealBuilder is an e-signature and document workflow platform that helps businesses create, send, sign, track and manage documents without unnecessary complexity. Teams can upload and sign existing PDF documents or create reusable templates for agreements, proposals and other recurring business documents. DealBuilder supports electronic signatures, click-to-sign and handwritten signatures, as well as multiple signers, reminders, document tracking, audit trails and a digital archive. DealBuilder has strong support for Nordic electronic identification and signing, including BankID in Norway and Sweden, MitID in Denmark and the Finnish Trust Network (FTN) in Finland. The platform can also be used for signing workflows internationally. DealBuilder can be used across sales, HR, administration, procurement, management and legal workflows. Organizations can manage users across departments and multiple companies with secure access control. Integrations, API and webhooks make it possible to connect DealBuilder to CRM, ERP and other business systems. DealBuilder also supports API and embedded e-signing for companies that want to build signing directly into their own systems, customer portals, apps or digital services. DealBuilder is developed and supported in Norway, with data stored within the EEA in accordance with GDPR, and is designed for businesses operating both across the Nordics and internationally.
