**What do you like best about DealBase?**

The system is set up in a logical way and works really well for tracking real estate deals throughout the entire life span of each deal. Customer support has been great, and the platform is highly customizable to fit my workflow.

**What do you dislike about DealBase?**

Sometimes the workflow isn’t as smooth as it could be, since you may have to go back and forth between sections. That said, the developer is open to suggestions, as long as they make sense.

**What problems is DealBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you’re running a lot of leads, you need robust software that can handle the demand and keep you, as the operator, on track with your deals. It’s easy for team members to use, and it’s also easy to divide work into departments. I also like the customizable views.
