Another essential requirement for our company was to have the ability to make changes to the existing mapping, integrate with our custom API, and have the ability to create new connections without having to depend on third-party vendors to make the changes to us.

The user interface is clear and easy to follow, and the team behind the product offers excellent support. We're using Cloras to integrate an e-commerce website to an ERP system, and the product supports all of the functionality we were looking for. There have been a few instances where we needed additional integration support with partners we're working with, but this ended up showcasing how strong Cloras support is. The DCKAP team is knowledgeable, hard-working, and solution-focused. Integrations can be tricky, and they stuck with it until everything was perfect, even when it required multiple rounds of tweaking and testing. They took the time to understand our ERP platform and its requirements and were great at working independently to figure out the best approach.

The CLORAS product has proven to be reliable, performant, and scalable. It provides ample logging and reporting and supports a variety of use cases. The product has some functional limitations that lead to a lot of code repetition. I believe the development team is focused on code reusability improvements, and I look forward to seeing these product improvements soon.
