Thank you for reviewing, CJ! This has helped our Product Team relook at the module from the end-users' perspective. We're making improvements to tackle these concerns. For example, we're redesigning the flows module for better readability and simplified integration, which is expected to be completed by Q4 2023.

What do you like best about DCKAP Integrator?

The DCKAP Integrator is a robust product that has a logical setup and is easy to use. I like that it's flexible enough to adapt to our needs and includes documentation. The support team has been great to work with as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's not much we dislike about the Integrator. In a perfect world, perhaps all integration items would be synced in real time. While some are real-time, others are batch synced. That has been adequate for our needs so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have worked with DCKAP for over a year and have always had excellent customer service, communication and troubleshooting support. We recently migrated our tech stack and had to build a new integration. They accomplished the project seamlessly and were always ready to support us when we had questions or issues. What do you like best about DCKAP Integrator?

We enjoy the custom e-mail alerts that Ranjith Kumar and Vanditha P built for us. The custom e-mail alerts alert non-tech savvy users as to when an error occurs and potential next steps to take to troubleshoot integration failures. What do you dislike about DCKAP Integrator?

I dislike that it's not possible to track changes in values at the field level in Integrator. This results in product data being repeatedly sent to our e-commerce site even when there has been no change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been working with DCKAP for approximately one year and their partnership on the project is just incredible. They go above and beyond to not only work with our specifications but find solutions for problems that we did not even think about it. The Cloras integration dashboard is intuitive and user-friendly. The look and feel is updated to what you would encounter in today's dashboard-driven business world.
