I like the fact that we can use one product for multiple different connection scenarios. DCKAP is proving to be a robust and flexible system for handling our needs. We needed a product that could connect our Webstore to our ERP system in order to solve our problem of endlessly hand-copying information from one system to the other. For me, the biggest problem was that I was new to the company, new to the industry, new to our webstore platform, and new to our website and new to our ERP system. Fortunately, DCKAP has a well-developed process for dealing with people like me, and we were able to systematically and methodically create a solution that has our internal users very happy. The Integrator (Cloras) is an awesome tool that has saved us a lot of back and forth with different departments internally. This tool is so perfectly done that sometimes when there is an alert is because something it is not right at our end. What I like the most is that the Engineer who I worked with all the time is so responsive and quick in providing answers and solutions that make my day so easy provide timely responses and solutions that make my day so easy.
