DCKAP's integrator is very flexible and the people using it actually understand their own tool. Because it is also built on it's own platform rather than being a SQL query built from scratch, it is much easier and faster to make changes and updates than custom solutions can be. DCKAP also gives you access to your own environment which is sadly not something that you see all that often anymore. The team we worked with has been very responsive. We really like that the integrator can be run much more frequently than our previous sync partner without charging for making use of that frequency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DCKAP Integrator? The integrator tool is not incredibly intuitive to an outside user. While you are given access to your environment, you'll be hard-pressed to actually do anything in it without some guidance. To their credit, the team at DCKAP was more than willing to schedule some time with us to teach us about the integrator when we requested it, but it would be nice if that were a set part of the onboarding process. We needed a tool that would allow us to pull information from our ERP (P21) and update records in Salesforce so that our sales staff can live primarily in Salesforce without having to constantly check back in our ERP system to verify information. Easy-to-use UI with most of the features we need. I have visibility into the important details when I need them, and a clean dashboard view when I don't. The support team and engineer that we work with are very responsive and have worked with us for over 3 years now to get our integration streamlined and I am confident that our ecomm evolution will be handled with care. Once a sync begins, it would be nice to see the number of records that will be synced, with an estimated time to completion. This would help with active montoring and diagnosis of our ERP. The team was very knowledge when it came to working with Big Commerce and understanding what we were trying to accomplish. No specific dislikes. We did have to work with them to tighten up some of the security around API calls but for the most part it's been a positive experience. Very easy to use and works in the background with no intervention required. It was also a straightforward platform to understand once set up. We required a short demo but were then able to navigate the systems ourselves. DCKAP were incredibly helpful with understanding our specific business needs and adjusting the functioning of Cloras to work smoothly for us. Cloras allowed us to connect 2 Big Commerce sites to our ERP software and process orders, inventory and information smoothly and quickly. This is a huge improvement compared to how we previously worked. The benefit of using Cloras is that the orders are processed in the background and no manual intervention is required.
