**What do you like best about ProDBX?**

A single product that helps with communication, scheduling, job costing, job management and accounting.
All the information is gathered an made available to the user 
The customers service is good, they are very patient and always happy to help

**What do you dislike about ProDBX?**

Nothing in particular, the software does a great job in helping manage all the business process like Customer tracking and demographics, correspondence, financials, surveys, invoicing and much more.

**Recommendations to others considering ProDBX:**

PRODBX is highly recommended for any business for a one-stop solution to all the business needs, It is fairly easy to use and the knowledge transfer process is easy, The customer support provided is great and help you with all the issues that may arise in the system, so I would totally recommend this product to all.

**What problems is ProDBX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is one of the best CRMs that I have ever used as it brings so many functionalities together that makes the business run smoothly and efficiently. The sales team is easily able to use the product and get the information very efficiently made available to the customers, which in return, has increased customer satisfaction and also brought back good returns to the company.
