DBSync put their two best in Harsh and Mohit on the project. This allowed us to make great strides with a significant amount of customization including some requirements that DBSync hadn't encountered before. The significant amount of customization required was somewhat frustrating because it seemed that things were pretty straightforward during the demo. While this was all ultimately worked through, it too much longer than anyone expected and only incremental progress was realized until Harsh and Mohit were put on the project. DBSync Cloud Workflow is a game changer for our client. We have been able to reduce manual entry and mistakes by integrating our Salesforce instance with Quickbooks.
