I have found that dbForge has let me manage database tables and product data very well. The fluent user interface is truely a pleasure to work with compared to other tools I have used. The autocomplete for fields and figuring out your joins based on table relationships save you in both time and correctness. There has been very little that I have had to do that I could not get done in dbForge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that I had a tool even half as good for DB2. I have databases on multiple servers, and while I really respect DB2 for IBM i as a database engine, its user interface tools are not at the level of dbForge for MySQL. A hypothetical dbForge for DB2 would be a joy to work with compared to what I am doing now. Whenever I have to jump to another tool, there is always a letdown where some feature is not there: running multiple SQL statements, flexible import/export, etc. You might say that dbForge has spoiled me. The user interface is very similar to SQL Management Studio, it supports F5 to run the query, so moving from SQL Server to MYSQL with this tool makes it easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are not much I don't like about this tool. However, while using the tool, the app would crash sometimes, and I did report the issue almost every time it thrown an error so you can improve it in future releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

dbForge Studio for MySQL has an awesome assembly in which it provides a library of code compilation that can be accessed without naming conflicts. This is done through extensive and granular versioning in the framework. It has a stable set of APIs for each record, types of functions, parameters, and its corresponding return values. Backup in dbForge can be enhanced in such a way that the product holds the most recent changes that we have performed while the backup is underway. By adding functionality for implicating apply step, we can specify the changes that need to be included as backup is in progress. Rest are fantastic for managing our organization's MySQL servers. I'm not a DBA, just a hacker prototyping a product idea. So imagine my delight at a tool that helps me visually diagnose and test my SQL queries. The predictive text helps me write SQL faster, with fewer errors. I can also visually design and update the database structure without writing a line of code. - I would like to have the ability to input large amounts of data in bulk.

- I would like to manage the connection information in the lower folder by dividing it into a higher folder, but

there is no function to create a folder, so it is a pity that only connections can be registered.

I mostly use it for Query Builder or troubleshooting the custom query I am writing. It helps me a lot with my syntex correction and creating complex queries with visualization of the output i need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
