dbForge Studio for MySQL has tons of functionality - lots of import, export, and copy options, great syntax checker and highlighting; advanced and quick filtering possibilities to quickly find something in a table or modify.

The support is great, whenever I have a question or find a bug, they are quick to respond.

But what makes it overall the best is that it simply works; I struggled for years to find an excellent MySQL management tool, and most of those, both free and paid options had mostly horrible UIs, and were buggy (some to extent of being almost unusable) or severely lacked features. dbForge just does everything right. I've been using dbForge Studio for almost 2 years now, with previous experience being command-line access & M$QL tools. It surpasses both of those in ease of use and instant views/summaries. Local help files would be great - sometimes we need to operate in non-networking mode and have to look up something (last time was something about joins in the visual query builder). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like in this tool, that all the functions are easily reachable. It has a lot of valuable features, but the usage of them is not a pain.

If you create a new object, it helps a lot in the correct syntax, The DB diagram helps a lot in understanding, showing the relations, or even preparing presentations.

I'm less keen on the schema maintenance. For this part of administration, I tend to use other tools, although it is certainly possible to do everything inside of dbForge and I fully expect this part of the system to improve as it is much more convenient to do everything with a one-stop shop than to constantly switch.
