Dayrates is a mobile-first invoicing and job management app built specifically for UK tradespeople — electricians, plumbers, builders, roofers, joiners and anyone else who'd rather be on the tools than doing paperwork. Create professional quotes and invoices in under 60 seconds, straight from your phone on site. CIS deductions are calculated automatically on every invoice — 20% or 30%, no guessing. Snap receipts as you go and store them forever. Chase late payments with one tap — friendly, firm or final notice. And at month end, one button bundles everything and emails it directly to your accountant. No laptop needed. No complicated setup. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Dayrates. Who it's for: UK sole traders and small trade businesses wanting to get paid faster and spend less time on admin. Solo plan from £19/month. Team plan (up to 6 users) from £39/month. 14-day free trial, no card required. Key differentiators: CIS deductions built in — the only invoicing app that handles this automatically at this price point Accountant bundle — one button sends every invoice, receipt and CIS record to your accountant at month end Receipt tracker — snap on site, stored forever, ready for HMRC Mobile-first PWA — works on any phone, no App Store needed MTD ready
