DayOf is a business management platform for wedding and event professionals, including planners, coordinators, photographers, videographers, DJs, and retail vendors. It brings client management, contracts, invoicing, scheduling, and event planning into one workspace, and includes a free marketplace where couples can find and book vendors. The CRM tracks inquiries and clients from first contact through the event. Vendors can send proposals and agreements, create invoices, and collect payments through Stripe. Vendors moving from another platform can bring their clients and projects over with a guided migration that includes a review step before anything is loaded into their account. The Events Suite covers planning and day-of details, including timelines, guest management, a floor planner with more than 90 furniture items, and automatic seating. DJs can build music plans for each event. Vendors who sell products can run a retail storefront and track inventory. A files manager keeps documents in one place, and iOS and Android apps keep client and event details available away from a desk. DayOf also includes a vendor community, called the Vendor Room, where wedding professionals can trade questions and advice with each other. Couples use DayOf free of charge. Their tools include a wedding registry, a budget planner, a website builder, and vendor booking. DayOf is built for independent professionals and small teams. Planners and coordinators can run timelines and guest lists in the Events Suite, and photographers, DJs, and other vendors can manage their client pipeline and get paid through the CRM and invoicing. DayOf has a free plan with no time limit, and new vendors can start a 14 day free trial without entering a credit card. Paid plans add more business and event tools.
