Recommendations to others considering Daylite:
I recommend having one person helm the initial onboarding process, and work with a Daylite consultant to begin if you are new to the program. It's important to customize projects/people/additional fields/etc into the way you'd like to have it moving forward before adding more users. Best to establish common practices/forms/note structure/etc and have new users adopt those methods going in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Daylite solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of who I've worked with and when. I've recently been using 'Forms' a lot to create easy-to-export/print project sheets. I've also been using the contacts database as a substitute for my phone's contacts section since you can add so much useful information and easily see what jobs we've worked with people on already.
My team has just started to integrate Daylite into their workflow as well. It's been an excellent tool for morning 'stand up' meetings (especially while we're all working remotely) to track what projects and tasks everyone has on deck. We can also view active tasks each person is working on, and add any updates. We're gradually workign toward the goal of zero-emails between the in-house team if possible.
