Dayline is browser-based catering software from White Birch Ventures LLC for independent caterers who manage their own event quotes. Build a quote with food, labor, rentals, delivery and other costs, then review estimated revenue, gross profit and margin as you price the event. Save costs for reuse on future quotes and turn quotes into customer proposals and invoices without exposing internal costs. Send proposals, invoices and customer emails from the workspace. Eligible US businesses can connect their own Stripe accounts to accept USD invoice payments, with automatic payment and refund tracking. Dayline also supports external payment links and manually recorded payments. Stripe processing and Invoicing fees apply; Dayline adds no payment percentage. Dayline costs $29 USD per month plus applicable tax for one business and one owner. A 14-day trial is available with no credit card required.
