Dayforce has so many positives but one thing I truly love is the user friendly environment. The available tutorials and videos within the help centre are wonderful resources and easily accessible. Improvments can always be made. This may be dependent on the features you are using, but it would be nice to have more than 6 shortcut spots within the blue ribbon of your home page. I used it for the first time, and I found it to be very easy to navigate, and the language used is very comprehensible. At work, we use it for the whole of HR, and I am in the Learning and Development department. As a LMS, it is easy to navigate and upload your content. Dayforce has the ability to tailor their platform to the unique requirements of their client base. There are many modules and enhancement features within the modules which can be turned on or off. Unfortunately, learning how to get the most out of Dayforce has required aquiring technical skill. The client administrator who configures modules and roles is best served when they have a solid understanding of programming skills such as workflows, using xml & xrefs. NOT user-friendly for an HR admin who expects a simplified setup that includes checking boxes of what you want and don't want.

There are a thousand little ways to break your system setup. Customer support is slow and limited at best, and if incorrect settings were configured during implementation, if not caught within their specified window of time post-build, be prepared to pay for their value added services even when you percieve that it should have been the implementation guide's responsibility to ensure the system did everything you needed it to. Dayforce has a large scale product that has a lot of great capabilities but a lot of what they offer is not geared towards small (100-1000 people) businesses. Implementation for new managers using the product is not readily available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We do not have an assigned account rep which makes it VERY hard when we need to get answers right away. They cannot process payrolls that are out of the country. They cannot process state 1099's.
