What do you like best about Dayforce?

What do you like best about Dayforce?

I love our real time tracking of time and attendance. We can know at anytime during the pay period where we stand with overtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dayforce?

I struggle with the reporting feature, I need to spend more time working at it, but it's not always the most user friendly with filtering. I would also like a btter way to print a copy of an employee's timecard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:

Make sure you take the time to take as many courses as possible to learn the system b/c once you get into the system, it's hard to get back in and take the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior we did not have timekeeping in our HRIS system. This required many many feeds and imports. Now we have it all in one, and we dont' spend the time importing or worrying about errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
