I love the recruiting and position management the best. It is easy setting it up with my position descritptions. Dayforce makes it easier to keep track of all my current positions. Our managers all they need to do it is make a request, read over the current pd, and send it to us. We can post the new recruitment within minutes if not seconds. It is not the smoothest ride to go from interview candidates to the new hire onboarding part. However, putting the new hire in dayforce is easier. Just onboarding is a little bumpy. We have had a few problems in the past for example we really need an anniversary date box that we can use to pull reports. I have suggested it in the community. Dayforce helped us find a work around that works pretty smooth with what we need. It works for now until the programers have time to look at it. We are pretty satified with the work. Other few issues we had was mostly user error and they provided us help in fixing things and they showed us where we can find the manuals for each module. They have been very helpful. I literally spend my 40 hour workweek almost exclusively in Dayforce. Dayforce is pretty customizable (if you run multiple legal entities from one space, you'll run into issues though). I dislike that there are some functions that an end user would expect to work one way, but the dev team did not setup that way, so what should be intuitive is not with quite a few things. I also dislike that Reporting is way more complicated than it needs to be. I never had issues with other HR SaaS platforms as I do with Dayforce.
