Its impressive data visualisation and ability to intuitively reorganise our hierarchy data has helped us to rethink how we view employee data for now and the future. The Agentnoon tool is incredibly powerful and has helped to streamline previously manual processes into dynamic ones saving us both time and effort. The support provided by the Agentnoon team is always a positive experience and every suggestion or query is acted on quickly. The tool is seeing a lot of positive changes which only enhances its capability and usability. If you're looking for an Organisational modelling tool - this is the one. Multiple ways to accomplish the same task giving the ability to find the way that works best for the user. Plenty of check and balances during the payroll processing experience. My only struggle with the system is when trying to create a report from scratch and making sure the data populates but this could very well be user issue. Dayforce is truly one system that processes in real-time. Using Dayforce has allowed our employees to enroll in benefits completely online, track their worked and non-worked hours and only have one password to do it all. For us we process for 42 FEIN so the set-up can be a bit tricky to navigate, since some of the settings are done at a global level, where we need them to be managed at the FEIN level. Recommendations to others considering Dayforce: You will be able to make a decision on the product based on functionality and pricing however the one thing you will not get throgh the sales cycle is a clear picture of those that use Dayforce. There are some great user groups and a ton of people across the country that are always willing to share there expericnes and expertise. That is something you don't get with other vendors. The Knowledge Hub is great; it is hard to say enough about that application. It is very full-featured, but like Excel, it is hard to fully take advantage of all the possibilities. After all the work we put in to develop the pages and links, we wondered if employees were actually using it. The report came back so positive that we ran several tests looking for the data error. But it was correct; 96% of employees had accessed the site in the first 8 months of the year and 40% had logged in the morning we ran the report. Half were using the mobile feature. Persons not familiar with computers sometimes struggle with non-intuitive processes. Persons in HR and payroll who use it all the time do not have problems. An example is some data entry blocks that do not show up unless you run the mouse over them. some people just look at the screen waiting to see where they are supposed to type the information. The Knowledge Management Hub serves as our employees' home page, displaying benefit and policy information in the same location as pay and vacation scheduling information. Open enrollment is fully online and colocated with the other information they use much more often - no sending them to a new and unfamiliar website. This information is now available 24/7 to all employees and replaces a SharePoint site that was only open to office employee when on our network and not available to production employees. I find Dayforce to be extremely useful when it comes to receiving payroll support for Canada and US payroll. The strong knowledge base is available for users to access and the support team is very responsive for topics within this country. It is useful to be able to reach and get personalized assistance when an issue arrises within payroll. The portal is very easy to use and there are several guides within the Dayforce knowledge portal to be able to access information that can be implemented as a customer is working through different modules, such as payroll. I do use Dayforce to commit payroll semi-monthly and I always feel like there is something new to learn. However, it's a user friendly portal and the ease of completing payroll has become familiar to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Dayforce? One of the downsides for me within Dayforce is the support provided for the international countries. We use Dayforce to complete payroll for in the UK and Ireland. When a ticket is raised, the support team is not as responsive as they are when providing support in Canada and the US.
