And not sure if it's software based or the way our company uses it but our time off records show as pending and negative balances until pay runs are complete. Performance Goal Reviews are very advanced and probably too advanced for the smaller organisation but still a good tool to have. **What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** We went from having a very basic payroll system and time tracking (time tracking was done in excel) and having another app for performance goals and reviews to having a single all in one software. ### 4. In particular is has served us well in serving up content that is mandatory for some reason - like data security courses that need external review validation that all our staff have attended. In addition, when you update something, you don't need to go to a separate system to recalculate since it's all there. I'm quite fond of how Payroll works for me. **What do you dislike about Dayforce?** Sometimes it can be difficult to find where something is stored so that you can update something on the setup. It is a great one -stop solution for all your HR needs. It is easy to use and we have received great feedback on all modules. **What do you dislike about Dayforce?** One downside is sometimes support can take a long time, especially if you need changes to a file feed. This can take a few months. **What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of my favorite features is the EEO-1 and CA pay data reporting. I genuinely cannot think of any more Pro's to Dayforce. **What do you dislike about Dayforce?** The implementation, a critical part of getting Dayforce, was not as successful as it should have been. We are 2+ years into using Dayforce, and we still experience problems today due to implementation. Dayforce does not work 80% of the time. Things get updated and changed without notice, and we are left scratching our heads and asking WHY? **What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dayforce creates more problems than it does solve. The Onboarding process is okay, but a nightmare to update. Our process before Dayforce was also less complicated. The dedicated support team is able to answer all your questions and provide you with a solution as soon as possible. **What do you dislike about Dayforce?** As one of the earliest customers of Agentnoon, their UI was not the best at the beginning. However, the interface is much better now with the Agentnoon team growing. **What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** My company is using Agentnoon for performance review/goal setting and headcount planning. Everything was on spreadsheets before we learned about Agentnoon. After a brief training, all our employees and managers have been able to use the system effortlessly since the tool's design is intuitive and self-explanatory. **What do you dislike about Dayforce?** Reporting feature of the Eloomi tool could be significantly improved. We would appreciate to have much wider selection of automatic reports, especially related to the appraisal module, which would clearly add value from the user perspective. **What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have a rather time-consuming way for performance appraisals and moving to Eloomi has automatised the system and saved a lot of admin time. I really like the additional features you can purchase to streamline your work. For example, recruiting, document explorer, performance management, etc. **What do you dislike about Dayforce?** That I am still learning the product and continue to need assistance. The good news is the product is continually being enhanced with upgrades, the bad news is the product is continually being upgraded. The first couple of upgrades it took the managers awhile to get use to the change. At that time they were just learning the product. They now are more comfortable with upgrades in the product. **Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:** Dayforce is a very robust system. Like any system, make sure at implementation you fully consider what your business may look like in the near future. **What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our HR administration is more streamlined and efficient. We eliminated duplication of several tasks. The information is real time and available more rapidly then our previous software package. Payroll is processed much quicker, our employees can change their tax forms and address whenever they think to do it. No more going to HR for a form and completing the form and waiting on HR to enter it in the system. The tracking of time worked and time away is much easier and more accurate. ### 50. Another thing is all the opportunities in Eloomi, can set up so much more than what we have done, like coaching, etc. **What do you dislike about Dayforce?** I have only used the platform where it does not have an app and it makes it difficult for our users to check for new learning. I have checked out your new app and it looks much better than the platform I use. The other thing that I was struggling with was setting up some reports that come with what I wanted in them, so it was difficult for the managers to follow up on how their team was doing. **What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** It shares some knowledge with all our employees and that helps us with training.
