I like the simplicity of the schedule in Dayforce, which makes it easy to make edits and changes as needed. I appreciate the ability to authorize and approve my staff's time card entries on the go. It's integrated smoothly with my single sign-on system, which makes accessing it effortless. I can just click on it, and it opens up instantly. I also find it valuable that I can approve time off and run reports to show me overtime, which helps me keep my P&L in line. Overall, it's just a great resource. I find it slightly challenging when I do a schedule for a month because I can only do it week by week. What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you? Dayforce provides a way to formalize my career goals and manager reviews. I've been able to put my goals in writing but also details on how I worked towards those goals. This is really a time saver for my performance reviews and when requesting compensation.
