It has an excellent integrity of the data, since it has updates in payroll, benefits and other aspects of human resources. All this data integrity is fantastic, since you have the entire human resources area in a single database.
It also has the ability to create customized and detailed reports. They are somewhat complex to perform, but if you dedicate enough time to visualize all the options, you get a lot of information and it will be beneficial for the company.
Highlight the interface, the appearance and the configuration, since I consider that it is visually very attractive and it is also quite well optimized. The blue color, the photos, the program images, the scoring systems, everything is well integrated and looks nice.
What do you dislike?
One must be very careful when implementing Ceridian Dayforce, since it requires time, knowledge and to know this kind of programs well.
It is necessary to dedicate time and to think well who is going to devote to realize the configuration of this program, since although soon it is very useful and beneficial for the productivity in the beginning it is lost a lot of time configuring everything well.

I think that a tool that integrates and simplifies the area of human resources helps teams and employees have less doubts and that business performance is better, so as Ceridian Dayforce provides these positive aspects, I think it is good software for human Resources.

We have left aside the mail system, meetings to inform the payment system, holidays, having to conduct individual interviews with employees. All information regarding salaries, vacations, doubts or aspects of the human resources area is completely integrated in Ceridian Dayforce and has allowed us to waste less time and improve efficiency.
It also allows employees to consult doubts, that teams are informed about any change, also analyze the efficiency and productivity of the equipment. That is, we can assess and check the results obtained by the different teams within the company and the odd problems they have to act and solve them.
