It's fairly easy to use and it is at a great price point. Works well for small companies like ours. Implementation was easy, and we did not feel trapped in a contract as we can exit anytime we want. Integration was easy as we were already working with Dayforce previously. Our reps have been very responsive. We use Dayforce every week, a few times a week. Every time when I call for help, the Reps are able to resolve my problem fairly quickly. I don't need to make multiple calls. The Reps are patient and polite. Dayforce Powerpay is easy to use, and provides the functionality we need. Payroll entry is straightforward and only takes a few minutes. Some types of data entry can't be done directly but must be done via a Dayforce support team member.
