DaycarePro is an all-in-one daycare management platform built specifically for home daycare providers. It replaces paper sign-in sheets, handwritten reports, and scattered notes with a simple digital system that runs on any device — tablet, phone, or laptop. Core capabilities include: Digital check-in/check-out with parent signatures, daily reports (meals, naps, mood, activities), child profiles with allergies and medications, attendance tracking with CSV export, staff time clock, a secure parent portal, photo and video sharing, document management, enrollment forms, and a full admin panel. What makes DaycarePro different: Unlike daycare software built for large centers, DaycarePro is designed for the needs and budget of home-based providers. Pricing is a flat monthly rate with no per-child fees — your cost stays the same whether you have 4 children or 14. The platform is fully trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with one-click language switching for both staff and parents. Free setup and personalized training are included with every plan. Providers save 3–5 hours per week on administrative tasks and can pull up 90 days of licensing-ready attendance records in 30 seconds. Plans start at $25/month. No contracts, no hidden fees, no app downloads required.
