I haven't had any issues with DAVO Sales Tax so far. If I REALLY had to nitpick, they once slightly changed the interface without notification (at least not one I noticed). Filing sales tax returns accurately is so important, with Davo I do not worry that the returns will be filed on time and correctly. I recently had to add a new location and saw so many small business owners struggling to correct their filings in person, I was happy not to have that issue! Honestly, it's a "set it and forget it" partner. I love that I don't have to worry about the sales and use tax filings. They file timely, which gives us a discount, and also send me a report daily with a reconciliation. My accountant LOVES that I use it because it also makes tax season just a little easier on them. I wish they had a way to do retro tax payments from when I was behind. When I started with them, I had a balance with the state I had to take time to resolve mysel.
