If I REALLY had to nitpick, they once slightly changed the interface without notification (at least not one I noticed). Filing sales tax returns accurately is so important, with Davo I do not worry that the returns will be filed on time and correctly. What do you dislike about DAVO Sales Tax? My only complaint is that the connection between Clover and Davo allows for an incorrect tax rate to be entered in Clover and not "caught" by Davo. Honestly, it's a "set it and forget it" partner. I love that I don't have to worry about the sales and use tax filings. They file timely, which gives us a discount, and also send me a report daily with a reconciliation. My accountant LOVES that I use it because it also makes tax season just a little easier on them. When I started with them, I had a balance with the state I had to take time to resolve mysel. I think adding a feature that would allow Davo to sort it out would be worth an extra premium.
