It is EVERYTHING a creator needs to produce cinema, shorts, TV, music videos and more. It's a hollywood industry grade software (for free and paid), that can do anything. Also, most blackmagic products you purchase give you the STUDIO verision of the software for free, so you almost never have to purchase it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DaVinci Resolve? Honestly there isn't much I can say I don't like. They essentially took Adobe premier and final cut pro and made it better. It's making the ability to produce work much faster and at an industry grade level. Also, since the film industry is using it, it's much eaiser to share projects and collobrate. Love that there's a powerful free version! I've been using the paid version for a while now, but honestly, it's not necessary. And the best part? No subscription-based model! I don't think there's anything I dislike. However, I would appreciate better subtitle features for making short videos for YouTube and TikTok. I used to make longer videos on YouTube and needed something that would make my life easier. That's where DaVinci came in clutch. And the DaVinci coloration features really help my videos pop!
