Datto Workplace was very easy to deploy to over 30 workstations. We just used the admin account to send out invite links to all of the users, and then sent them a few short instructions on installing the software and moving their files into the cloud-protected folder. We had a really hard time migrating data from old servers. Quite a few clients needed to move away from physical servers and wanted their files on Datto Workplace, but moving terabytes of files into the cloud was a little tricky with the latest version of the software. My team ended up finding the trick to doing this, is to install the older version, which allowed you to point to an existing folder and sync that. (The new version creates a folder in which you had to drag the files into, but it capped out at syncing 25GB at a time or something like that.
