It is extremely easy to recover anything ranging from mails to onedrives and sharepoint data.

All we needed to do in regards of implementation was login under an admin account to retrieve all the permissions and it was fully done.

Very easy to setup on the backend in the cloud. Don't have to involve the client. Easy to explain that default recovery options with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are very limited. Even recovering a single email or delete/lost file shows its worth and can easily demonstrate of complete restore in the event of a disaster. Easy to show cost per account.
