It is designed specifically for MSPs to protect their clients’ SaaS data efficiently and manage client data retention, licenses, and cost. SaaS Protection protects against permanent data loss and allows MSPs to easily recover clients’ data following a ransomware attack with 3x daily, point-in-time backups. To deploy it, all you do is give it your credentials and accept the permissions. It's never given me one bit of problem, and I rest easy knowing my client's cloud data is protected. It's a low-cost per-seat price, and if you ever did need to contact support, it's backed by Datto's superior customer service. It takes about 3 minutes for initial setup, and the recurring passive income shows up every month. If you're a Datto RMM/PSA user, it integrates with the rest of your services quite nicely. Love it! **What do you dislike about Datto SaaS Protection?** Not a thing. It's perfect! I seriously sat here for a minute trying to think if there was a way it could be better, and I came up empty-handed. **Recommendations to others considering Datto SaaS Protection:** If you're a Datto partner, there's no reason to not offer it. It's a turnkey SaaS Backup that works excellent. **What problems is Datto SaaS Protection solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed to ensure regular snapshots of data were created for email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and all the other stuff that goes along with it. ### 3. Contact Datto and learn how to perform reporting in order to resolve issues and get the certification. **What problems is Datto SaaS Protection solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are backing up an entire O365 tenant with this product which can enable you to restore email, folders, etc from the very first backup until the last. ### 4.
