So the best way to put it is that we barely need to use the functionality of this form of Datto everything has been running so smoothly that we havent needed to often use the backup restores on this product we only check our backups daily to ensure everything is still working optimally and even if there is a small discrepency Datto would alert us about anything even if it is a storage space issue which we can immediately remedy since everything gets detailed and sent to our autotask as a ticket its so easy to setup as long as you have made sure your RMM agent is configured correctly and it works on everything that you can think of Mac Linux Windows all of it works even from mobile platforms Customer support is a pinnacle as they are just an email or a call away its Kaseya they are amazing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
