If a backup has problems the service will email the details and it can be quickly addressed. The design of the product meets the requirements for many backup requests. Above all, when someone needs a restore, the product works. The portal is easily checked. If there are any issues (VERY rarely) Datto's tech support is by far the best in the industry - I've been a computer tech for over 30 years and have dealt with hundreds of vendors and support. I can't stress this enough, DATTO SUPPORT IS THE BEST BY FAR. Phone support - 99% of the time someone picks up in 2 rings. The call quality is excellent, the tech is ALWAYS knowledgable and personable. **What do you dislike about Datto SIRIS?** I can't think of anything. The product works!! Ok, maybe lower the price ;) **What problems is Datto SIRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our customers have a solid, steady backup. It takes me about 5 min a day to check the portal to make sure all is good (20 or so customers). When we have needed to restore, it works. The most useful thing about this solution is that you can recover your VM over the Siris appliance or in the Datto cloud. Additionally, you will not be billed for cloud recovery. **What do you dislike about Datto SIRIS?** The poor compatibility with Linux operating systems. Support services sometimes have long times of response. NAS feature does no work very well, others solutions are better. **What problems is Datto SIRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Datto can backup all your data, the software includes some feature that let you tests in order to check data consistency. The solution includes data cloud replication, which offer a good level of geo-redundancy. ### 34.
