"Datorama Rocks!"

What do you like best?

The flexibility to manipulate data as needed. We use Datorama for SEO & PPC reporting mainly and often we find very sloppy google analytics accounts. Datorama allows us to clean up that data and present it in a meaningful way to our clients. They are always adding more integrations which are helpful and the support offered is amazing. What do you dislike?

I wish we could pay per client rather than per data row. I understand why pricing is structured the way it is but I'd like to gather as much data as I can without worrying about how many rows I'm using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give Datorama a try. Their support is top notch and always there to help. Their system offers the most flexibility I have found in a reporting platform. We are connecting from Google AdWords, Analytics, Google Sheets and Bing Ads mostly. A feature we use a lot is the custom dimensions which allow you to write IF/THEN statements to rename any dimensions you have and re-categorize your data as you need. "Not well acquainted with datorama"

What do you like best?

The layout is easy to navigate and is user friendly

The customer service is always polite and helpful when needed

The site speed could be improved in order to be faster

There could be a more robust implementation training for all new users of the product
