The team has been helpful with bulk requests (add this report, change the replication rate, etc). Upon inclusion of more connectors, the billing piles up the cost drastically so we need to be cautious. Any excess data which doesn't fit with the field would be automatically truncated. Where there's no direct integration Daton supports FTP transfers and email ingestion ensuring all possible data comes to a central warehouse. **What do you dislike about Saras Daton?** Nothing in functional aspects but missing direct integrations with small marketplaces in India. **What problems is Saras Daton solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a roll-up e-commerce business where we manage operations for multiple e-commerce brands. Managing data integration with different sources like Shopify, Amazon, google ads, OMS, CRM was a task to build reporting system. With Daton it got pretty sorted without a need of building direct integrations with each source hence reducing overall cost and improving speed to go live. ### 28. Configuration is somewhat minimal but the team was great in assisting during the process. **What problems is Saras Daton solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scalability and automation of reports. Prior to Daton, we relied on VAs to pull manual reports across the accounts. With Daton we are able to pull the data that is needed if our specific use cases. ### 29. Has helped us make our execution much more data-centric and results-driven. It only took a few minutes to set up each integration into our Data Warehouse (Big Query). The support team is great as well, if you have any questions about how to configure your setup, they are very helpful. Finally, if a specific connector doesn't exist, they are quick to develop one if you need it. **What do you dislike about Saras Daton?** Nothing really. The built-in connectors are great, however, for the times that a built-in connector isn't available, it would be nice if they had a generic API connector that allowed you to connect any data-source with an API. **What problems is Saras Daton solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data replication and ETL. We have benefited greatly from their guidance by moving from Snowflake to BigQuery. Saving us about 30k a year. ### 32.
