**What do you like best about DATOMS?**

- Datoms device is compact and easy to installed
- Mobile application and web application is also simple to use.
- It is more helpful for endurance testing of the DG as we can monitor from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about DATOMS?**

Nothing much as of now. Device page loading can be improved

**What problems is DATOMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- During the endurance test we will be able to get the real time data of the DG. If any shutdown is occur we will immediately come to know about the shutdown

The device is compact and user friendly it is easy to install. The support team is good if any queries immediate they respond immediately

**What do you dislike about DATOMS?**

After installing the device data receiving time will take more, The Website is very slow

**What problems is DATOMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we can be able to check the DG Faults and Parameters whenever we needed with mobile or web

**What do you like best about DATOMS?**

Customer onboarding is very smooth. The OEM dashboard design is excellent. Support ticketing system and support response is good. The Telematics unit is also easy to install.

**What do you dislike about DATOMS?**

Sometimes the pages are loading very slowly
