The interface is simple and intuitive, even for people who aren’t tech-savvy or coders. And the content modelling lets you create reusable components that make managing content and building new pages straight-forward. The built-in image handling is smooth and useful. For non-technical users, the role-based permissions make it easy to edit content. DatoCMS customer support has always been responsive and quick. **What do you dislike about DatoCMS?** One disadvantage of DatoCMS is the absence of notifications for inactive projects that are still being billed, which can result in unanticipated charges.
