Even though there are many awesome ideas every year, but I feel like there isn't ever much follow-up. We're promised new amazing technology, then we never hear anything again about it, much less get trained on when/if things are actually released. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud?

We used to have paper-based timesheets, and every payroll was a nightmare. Timesheets in e3 now make payroll quick and very easy. We can keep much better track of HR information. The senior support team is always extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud?

While everyone on the support team is cordial and tries to be helpful, some newer team members have limited knowledge of e3. This limited knowledge results in much wasted time trying to get a simple answer to a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

report writing--I find this to be so difficult to get to what I want, secondary payers have no start/stop dates. I feel that since the merge with Continuum Cloud customer service has not been good. I have asked on 3 seperate occasions for training to set up a new feature with no response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
