Reliable. Proven. Accurate. Comprehensive. We can't imagine accounting without it. At first we only worked with Datev Unternehmen Online (extended version) - now we have Mittelstand Faktura and I wouldn't want to be without it. We are using it on a daily base. It is pretty straighforward solution, easy to access to your documents and working as intented. The UI could be better, even it should be keep as simple as it is now, there are some details that could be refined. For example, the mobile 2FA form remembers your previous codes, that should be easily avoided since it is never going to be useful and could be confusing for the end user. Being able to access to such important documents as the payslips in a secure and easy to use repository, which allow the user to check and download them with one click is just what is needed for this kind of necessary. With the direct connection to the data center, the digitalization of accounting is now finally possible. Documents are stored digitally and in an audit-proof manner, so that the tax consultant has direct access to them from his office. It is good because there are a lot of other programs and services that can be connected to DATEV. I like the possibility to personalize invoicing and taxes management. Datev give you the possibility to create a different register and the support is very fast in responding at your needs.
