The responsiveness is quite good; even though sometimes we cannot get exactly what we need within budget, Dataweave (in the person of Ms. Ashiyana) is always super willing to help and address all matters as quickly as possible. Still, as Dataweave has a very automated way of crawling and scraping, it is difficult for them to learn the nuances of each category and each business.
